We operate across multiple airports in Morocco and maintain partnerships with international aviation service providers to ensure comprehensive coverage and quality service delivery.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect the rights and property of others
- Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any security breaches or unauthorized access
- Pay all fees and charges in accordance with our pricing structure
- Follow all safety protocols and instructions provided by our staff
Prohibited Activities: Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.
4. Bookings & Payments
Service Bookings
- All service requests must be submitted through our official channels
- Advance booking is recommended, especially for peak travel periods
- Service availability is subject to operational capacity and weather conditions
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel services due to safety or operational concerns
Payment Terms
- Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement
- We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved corporate accounts
- Late payments may incur additional fees and service restrictions
- All prices are subject to applicable taxes and regulatory fees
- Currency conversion rates apply for international transactions
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service
- Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing and type of service
- Emergency cancellations due to weather or safety concerns are exempt from fees
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
Cancellation by Moroccan Aviation Services
- We may cancel services due to weather, safety, or operational reasons
- Full refunds will be provided for cancellations initiated by us
- Alternative arrangements will be offered when possible
- No liability for indirect costs or consequential damages
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
- Customers are responsible for their own travel insurance and documentation
- We disclaim all warranties except those explicitly stated in writing
Note: This limitation of liability does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
We comply with all applicable international aviation regulations and standards, including those set by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and relevant Moroccan aviation authorities.
